Emma Dimbylow
Emma qualified as a solicitor in 2001, initially specialising in Commercial Litigation before discovering a passion for compliance in 2007. Since then, Emma has worked for several large law firms and ABS’s in Head of Compliance roles.
As a COLP and MLRO, Emma gained wide experience in establishing compliance frameworks within firms, and implementing and managing quality frameworks such as Lexcel, CQS and ISO 9001. Emma has a particular interest in data protection.
Emma brings a commercially focused and pragmatic approach to helping law firms to achieve compliance.
Outside of Teal, Emma is a mum to two teenage girls and is currently studying counselling skills at Leeds Beckett University. She also enjoys open water swimming and walking her dogs.
