Kara Worrall

I joined Team Teal in October 2022, having served in the Royal Air Force for over 13 years as a Personnel Administrator.

My roles in the RAF have included Service Discipline, Welfare, Recruitment, Pay and Allowances, Management Information and Data Assurance Clerk and I bring to Teal, a variety of transferable skills.

Throughout my career I have followed policies and procedures and, with my most recent role, in Management Information and Data Assurance, I was responsible for ensuring others were equally as compliant and provided training to those where required.

My several tours in the Middle East have only strengthened my skill to work under pressure and adapt to change quickly and effectively.

Outside of Teal I enjoy spending time with my two young children.
