Balkar heads up our Partnership Team and brings a wealth of experience. With a practical, down to earth solution-based approach to providing compliance advice he is an expert in Regulatory Compliance.
He has been in legal practice since 1994, having trained, qualified and practiced as a litigator – specialising in Clinical Negligence work.
Balkar and an MLRO for much longer. He is well versed in complaints/professional indemnity management, creation and implementation of new policies/procedures (including change management) and advising/guiding colleagues with regards to day-to-day issues with case/client risk management (both regulatory and AML).
In his spare time Balkar likes doing nothing! By that he means whatever takes his fancy at the time. He also plays 7-aside football, enjoys reading and is a fair-weather skier.
